We strive for all our customers to be satisfied with every aspect of our brokerage service and also
make sure that the lending partners we are associated with share this goal.
All lenders whom we partner with provide highly responsible lending decisions and, if approved, will
provide you with all the support you require to manage your loan effectively. They will not lend you more
money than you’re affordably and sustainably repay.
In addition, every lender is required to adhere to the FCA’s policy on the fair treatment of customers and the
Consumer Duty. This means that you will not be given any misleading information, that all information will be provided
to you in a clear and simple format to help you understand all aspects of your loan, and will provide you with the highest
levels of support in the event you experience any issues, regardless of your situation or status, you’ll always be
treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
If for some reason you’re not happy with the service that you have received from or if you have an issue with one of our lending partners which you are unable to resolve directly with them, you can contact us to discuss this.
